Tasker – Notepad Notes Organizer and Work Tracker! It supports organizing the flow of your work, allowing you to plan, track, and summarize your tasks efficiently.

Tasker – Notepad Notes Organizer and Work Tracker is a simple board application designed to organize the flow of your work. It allows you to plan, track, and summarize tasks efficiently. The app supports the creation and management of multiple boards and offers backup and restore functionality to the cloud using OneDrive and your preferred Microsoft Account.

Balance your workflow by setting a work in progress to avoid bottlenecks. The Tasker application Board typically represents how work moves from left to right, with each column indicating a stage within the value stream.

Quickly create, edit, and drag tasks across columns to organize your workflow according to your needs. Your board can represent various things such as a project, a class, and more. You can assign tasks to any column, edit them, and move them to other columns as your workflow progresses. Once you’ve completed your board, you can easily delete it from the navigation menu, automatically removing any leftover tasks.

While managing your workflow, you can collapse specific columns to focus on more important tasks.

Note: All data is locally stored.

Step 1:-  After installing the application on your PC or laptop, select the app and launch it.

Step 2:-  Tasker app enables you to create different tasks simultaneously.

  • Click on the Plus icon.
  • Write your board name.
  • Add your notes.
  • Save your notes.

Step 3:-  Backlog

  • Click on the ‘Backlog’ option to create a new task.
  • In the title box, provide the title of your new task.
  • Utilize the notes box for additional work notes.
  • Set the priority and tags as needed.
  • You will find date information options, including due date, time, set reminder, start date, finish date, and more.
  • Save your new task by clicking on the save button.
  • You can also delete your created task using the delete option.

Step 4:-  To Do:

  • Click on the ‘To Do’ button; this will remind you of the work you have to do today.
  • In the title box, provide the title of your new task.
  • Utilize the notes box for additional work notes.
  • Set the priority and tags as needed.
  • You will find date information options, including due date, time, set reminder, start date, finish date, and more.
  • Save your new task by clicking on the save button.
  • You can also delete your created task using the delete option.

Step 5:-  In Progress:

  • Click on the ‘In Progress’ button to update your progress report.
  • In the title box, provide the title of your new task.
  • Utilize the notes box for additional work notes.
  • Set the priority and tags as needed.
  • You will find date information options, including due date, time, set reminder, start date, finish date, and more.
  • Save your new task by clicking on the save button.
  • You can also delete your created task using the delete option.

Step 6:-  Review:

  • Prepare your review report by clicking on the ‘Review’ option.
  • In the title box, provide the title of your new task.
  • Utilize the notes box for additional work notes.
  • Set the priority and tags as needed.
  • You will find date information options, including due date, time, set reminder, start date, finish date, and more.
  • Save your new task by clicking on the save button.
  • You can also delete your created task using the delete option.

Step 7:-  Completed:

  • When all your tasks have been completed, click on the ‘Completed’ button and write your task reports.
  • In the title box, provide the title of your new task.
  • Utilize the notes box for additional work notes.
  • Set the priority and tags as needed.
  • You will find date information options, including due date, time, set reminder, start date, finish date, and more.
  • Save your new task by clicking on the save button.
  • You can also delete your created task using the delete option.

Step 8:-  Task Calendar

  • Click on the task calendar icon to check all your created tasks.
  • In this, you can review the date and time of all your tasks.

Step 9:-  Save your created tasks on the cloud with OneDrive.

Additionally, this app supports backup and restoration to the cloud with OneDrive and your preferred Microsoft Account! You can easily save all your tasks as a backup.
