Tasker – Notepad Notes Organizer and Work Tracker is a simple board application to organize the flow of your work. Plan, track & summarize. It supports as many boards as you would like to create and manage. Additionally supports backup and restore to the cloud with One Drive and your preferred Microsoft Account!

Balance your workflow by setting a work in progress to avoid bottlenecks. Typically this Tasker application Board shows how work moves from left to right, each column represents a stage within the value stream.

Quickly create, edit, and drag tasks across columns to organize your workflow as per your need. Your board can represent anything you want it to be: A project, a class and more! You can assign tasks to it in any column you wish, and are able to edit and drag them to other columns as your workflow progresses. Once finished with your board, you can easily delete it from the navigation menu and will automatically delete any leftover tasks.

While managing your workflow, you are able to collapse specific columns to focus on the more important tasks at hand.

Note :-All data is locally stored.

Step 1: As soon as you install the application on your PC or laptop, select the app and launch it.

Step 2:  Tasker apps helps to create a different task at the same time.

  • Click on Plus icon and write your board name after that you can write your notes. 
  • Save your notes.

Step 3: Backlog

Click on backlog option and create a new task .

  • In the title box, you can give the title of your new task.
  • The notes box helps with making your work notes.
  • Also, you can easily set Priority, tags.
  • After this you will get the  date information option in which you will get due date, time, set reminder, start date, finish date and many more other options.
  • After this, you can save your new task by clicking on the save button.
  • You can also delete your created task by using the delete option.

Step 4:  To Do :-

Click on To Do buttons, this will remind you what work you have to do today.

  • In the title box, you can give the title of your new task.
  • The notes box helps with making your work notes.
  • Also, you can easily set Priority, tags.
  • After this you will get the  date information option in which you will get due date, time, set reminder, start date, finish date and many more other options.
  • After this, you can save your new task by clicking on the save button.
  • You can also delete your created task by using the delete option.

Step 5:  In Progress :-

Click on the progress button and you can update your updated progress report.

  • In the title box, you can give the title of your new task.
  • The notes box helps with making your work notes.
  • Also, you can easily set Priority, tags.
  • After this you will get the  date information option in which you will get due date, time, set reminder, start date, finish date and many more other options.
  • After this, you can save your new task by clicking on the save button.
  • You can also delete your created task by using the delete option.

Step 6:  Review :-

Prepare your review report by clicking on the review option.

  • In the title box, you can give the title of your new task.
  • The notes box helps with making your work notes.
  • Also, you can easily set Priority, tags.
  • After this you will get the  date information option in which you will get due date, time, set reminder, start date, finish date and many more other options.
  • After this, you can save your new task by clicking on the save button.
  • You can also delete your created task by using the delete option.

Step 7:  Completed :-

When your all tasks have been done click on the completed button and write your all  task reports.

  • In the title box, you can give the title of your new task.
  • The notes box helps with making your work notes.
  • Also, you can easily set Priority, tags.
  • After this you will get the  date information option in which you will get due date, time, set reminder, start date, finish date and many more other options.
  • After this, you can save your new task by clicking on the save button.
  • You can also delete your created task by using the delete option.

Step 8:  Task Calender

  • Click on the task calender icon and check your all created task.
  • In this you can check the date and time of all your tasks.

Step 9:  Save your created task on the cloud with OneDrive.

  • Additionally, this app supports backup and restoration to the cloud with OneDrive and your preferred Microsoft Account! you can easily save your all tasks as a backup.
